Xylinx Acquires Pivot Business Group, Creating 35-Person Financial Advisory Team

Xylinx has acquired Pivot Business Group, combining Xylinx’s valuation, financial due diligence and transaction advisory capabilities with Pivot’s accounting, tax, bookkeeping and fractional CFO services.

The combined organization has 35 professionals and is designed to provide businesses with financial support spanning day-to-day accounting through growth, institutional investment and an eventual transaction or sale.

Xylinx serves privately held companies and private equity investors and provides valuation, financial due diligence and CFO services in the lower-middle market.

The company has represented hundreds of sellers in transactions involving companies with $1 million to $100 million of EBITDA and valuations of up to $500 million.

Pivot was founded by financial strategist Pam Jordan and focuses on helping entrepreneurs with fractional CFO, accounting, bookkeeping and tax services.

Jordan will remain a leader and public face of the business following the transaction, providing continuity to Pivot’s clients while expanding their access to Xylinx’s capabilities.

During a planned brand transition, the acquired business will operate as Pivot Business Group, powered by Xylinx.
