Yarrow Bioscience has priced an underwritten public offering expected to generate approximately $150 million in gross proceeds as the clinical-stage biotechnology company funds development of its autoimmune thyroid disease pipeline.
Yarrow is offering 5,769,231 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $26 per share.
The expected gross proceeds of approximately $150 million are calculated before underwriting discounts, commissions, offering expenses and advisory fees.
The offering is expected to close September 14, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Yarrow has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 865,384 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Yarrow.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund research and development expenses associated with its pipeline and for general corporate purposes.
Potential uses also include working capital and capital expenditures.
Jefferies, TD Cowen and Guggenheim Securities are serving as joint book-running managers, while LifeSci Capital is serving as lead manager.
Yarrow is focused on developing therapies for autoimmune thyroid diseases.
Its lead development program includes YB-101, a potential first-in-class anti-thyroid stimulating hormone receptor monoclonal antibody.
YB-101 is being developed to directly and rapidly disrupt the central mechanism involved in both Graves’ disease and thyroid eye disease.
The financing gives Yarrow additional capital to advance clinical development while supporting broader corporate and research activities.
