Yellow Stripes Capital, a private investment firm based in Dublin, Ohio, has acquired a majority stake in NoblQ, a fast-growing global digital transformation company. The partnership positions NoblQ to accelerate AI-enabled enterprise modernization and expand its global delivery footprint.
The investment marks a new growth phase for NoblQ as it continues building AI-driven capabilities across enterprise technology environments. Through the partnership, Yellow Stripes Capital will work closely with the company’s leadership team to advance NoblQ’s AI-driven transformation strategy, enhance delivery operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, and expand its digital engineering and enterprise modernization practices.
As part of the transaction, Harsh Acharya has been appointed chairman of NoblQ’s board of directors, where he will guide the company’s strategic growth and innovation initiatives alongside the executive team.
The transaction also marks a leadership transition for Caldwell Velnambi, founder and former chairman of NoblQ, and Nepoleon Duraisamy, former co-chairman and chairman and CEO of subsidiary Jeevan Technologies Inc., both of whom sold their remaining interests in the company.
Under Velnambi’s leadership, NoblQ evolved from an ERP services provider into a diversified global digital transformation partner, completing five strategic acquisitions and building an integrated portfolio spanning consulting, data, and platform modernization. Following the transaction, Velnambi has launched NoblQ Ventures, an independent venture capital firm.
Duraisamy played a key role in building the company’s engineering and delivery capabilities across India and the United States. Over a 25-year period, he developed Jeevan Technologies into a professional services organization focused on engineering innovation, operational discipline, and long-term client relationships.
NoblQ employs more than 1,600 professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia and specializes in AI-driven engineering, enterprise platforms, and professional services designed to help enterprises modernize mission-critical systems and harness artificial intelligence and data for measurable business outcomes.
