Leading private markets investment platform Yieldstreet announced it has raised $77 million in new capital from a mix of new and existing investors, led by Tarsadia Investments. Other participants include Mayfair Equity Partners, Edison Partners, Cordoba Advisory Partners (CAP), Kingfisher Investment Advisors, and new investor RedBird Capital Partners.
This funding will expand Yieldstreet’s platform capabilities and enhance private market integration for individual investors. The company recently launched Yieldstreet 360, its first automated investing solution.
New board members: Industry leaders Mike Zabik from RedBird Capital Partners and Yariv Robinson from Kingfisher Investment Advisors will join Yieldstreet’s board as new members.
