York Space Systems has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a UK-headquartered provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions, in a move designed to create a complete communications ecosystem capable of operating in contested environments across commercial and government networks. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in the United Kingdom with operations in Europe and the United States, ALL.SPACE developed its high-performance, software-defined Hydra Terminal Range to enable simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity across LEO, MEO, GEO, and HEO networks. The platform provides resilient, network-agnostic communications for platforms on the move across space, air, land, and maritime domains.

The acquisition gives York a world-class team with proven technology for maintaining connectivity in dynamic and contested environments — a capability its leadership describes as particularly valuable for mobile platforms operating in unpredictable conditions where connectivity cannot fail. York is a leading US-based national defense and commercial prime providing mission-critical solutions for national security, government, and commercial customers, and is one of the only space and defense primes with proprietary hardware and software capabilities designed to address complex mission requirements across the full space ecosystem. The addition of ALL.SPACE’s smart terminal platform will extend York’s offerings into turnkey, on-the-move connectivity that maintains communications across multiple simultaneous pathways.

The proposed acquisition of ALL.SPACE would be York’s second strategic acquisition since going public, following an initial public offering and a series of milestones in recent months that include a major commercial contract and an extension of an existing program. The company says these developments reflect sustained momentum in delivering capability while executing on its long-term growth strategy. Jefferies LLC served as financial advisor to York in connection with the transaction, and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter and Hampton LLP served as legal counsel. Closing is expected in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Upon closing, ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of York and will continue to be led by its existing management team, including CEO Paul McCarter, who will remain in place to drive continuity for customers and employees. The combined company expects that its complementary capabilities will give the warfighter and other mission-critical users real-time access to information needed to operate and adapt, improving awareness, coordination, and mission execution across distributed operations. York and ALL.SPACE plan to work together to scale ALL.SPACE’s technology and deliver it to an even broader set of missions across national security and commercial markets.
