Yourco, a Chicago-based provider of an SMS-based frontline employee communication and intelligence platform, has secured $6 million in Series A funding led by High Alpha as the company expands its technology for organizations with deskless workforces.
The investment will support the continued development of Yourco’s platform and accompany the launch of a new product capability, Frontline Intelligence, designed to transform everyday frontline communications into real-time operational insights.
Yourco’s technology enables organizations to communicate directly with frontline workers through SMS without requiring employees to download an app or use a company email address. The system supports more than 135 languages and allows businesses to engage workers, collect feedback, and analyze workforce sentiment across locations and roles.
The newly introduced Frontline Intelligence capability analyzes real-time communications, operational changes and employee feedback to identify trends, detect emerging issues and provide leaders with continuous visibility into frontline operations. The platform is intended to help organizations better understand workforce engagement, operational risks and performance patterns among deskless employees.
According to the company, industries such as manufacturing, construction, transportation and hospitality increasingly require improved digital infrastructure for frontline workers, who often remain disconnected from traditional enterprise systems.
Yourco says its platform has facilitated more than 10 million frontline employee connections and is used by thousands of HR professionals, internal communications leaders and executives across both small businesses and Fortune 500 enterprises to improve engagement, retention and operational coordination.
