Yuno has raised $45 million in Series B funding to expand its AI-native global payments and financial services infrastructure and accelerate its path toward profitability. Global PayTech Ventures led the round, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, QuantumLight Capital, Monashees, Kaszek, Endeavor Catalyst, Rasmal Ventures, Further Ventures, GrowthX Capital, and other investors.

Yuno plans to use the funding for research and development, next-generation payment technology, and expansion of its global infrastructure.

The company said it recovered more than $5 billion of otherwise failed transaction volume for merchants during the past year, increased authorization rates by approximately 5%, and saved customers more than $500 million in processing costs. Yuno also added 150 integrations during the period.

Yuno connects businesses through a single API to more than 1,000 payment methods and over 460 integrations across more than 190 countries. Its platform includes intelligent routing, one-click checkout, AI-powered fraud detection, KYC/KYB, and real-time optimization.

The company expects to process approximately $100 billion in annual transaction volume within the next 12 months. Customers include McDonald’s, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, inDrive, and Rappi.

Founded in Colombia in 2022, Yuno is also increasingly partnering with banks and payment providers that white-label its technology. Existing partners include dLocal and Mexican payment processing network Prosa.

The company plans to expand into in-person payments, deepen its agentic commerce capabilities, and grow its U.S. presence.

Yuno is also expanding across the Middle East. The company received Payment Technical Service Provider certification from the Saudi Central Bank in April 2026 and has partnerships with Tap Payments and buy-now-pay-later provider Tabby.

Yuno describes itself as an AI-native operating system for payments and financial services, enabling merchants, banks, wallets, acquirers, and payment providers to access pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, stablecoins, and other financial infrastructure through a unified integration.

KEY QUOTES:

“Most companies raise a Series B to buy growth. We’re raising ours to meet our customers’ growth, and extend our lead, with a clear line to profitability in the year ahead. AI has changed the economics of building this company. We grow faster and operate leaner than the generation of infrastructure players before us.”

“Being local everywhere is the hardest problem in payments, and anyone starting on it today is at least two years behind. With this round we intend to consolidate that leadership on a truly global scale, with real financial discipline.”

Juan Pablo Ortega, Co-Founder and CEO of Yuno

“The hardest problem in payments is being genuinely local everywhere, and Yuno has solved it at global scale, which is exactly why it resonates in our region. The Gulf is now one of the fastest-growing payments markets in the world, and its future runs along the region’s new trade corridors, the same wallets, rails, and shoppers Yuno already connects.”

Soumaya Ben Beya Dridje, Partner at Rasmal Ventures

“Since joining Yuno’s board last fall, I’ve seen firsthand how Juan Pablo and his team are redefining payments infrastructure. Yuno combines global reach, local intelligence, and AI-driven execution to help customers increase global presence, authorization rates, reduce costs, and scale faster.”

Javier Perez, Managing Partner of Global PayTech Ventures and Board Member of Yuno
