YY Group Holding Limited announced a strategic investment and technology partnership with Arros AI, an NVIDIA Inception program member, as the company accelerates development of its AI-driven workforce platform and reinforces its FY2026 revenue guidance of $103 million to $110 million.
The Singapore-based workforce solutions and integrated facilities management provider said the collaboration will integrate AI-powered candidate discovery, screening, ranking, and interviewing capabilities into its YY Circle platform. The move is intended to improve recruiting efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and support scalability across key markets as the company expands across hospitality and adjacent service sectors.
The partnership also includes plans for a strategic investment and milestone-based incentive framework, aligning both companies around deployment and commercial performance outcomes, subject to final agreements and approvals.
Alongside its AI initiatives, YY Group is expanding into robotics, launching a pilot program in Las Vegas to evaluate hospitality and security robots. The initiative builds on its partnership with KEENON Robotics and aims to enhance workforce productivity, improve service consistency, and create premium human-robot service offerings for clients.
Operationally, the company continues to scale rapidly across Asia. In Hong Kong, YY Circle has secured 20 hotel partnerships since its 2025 acquisition and is projecting HKD 100 million in revenue for 2026, representing more than 1,000% growth from its initial base. In Thailand, the company recently signed a manpower outsourcing agreement with The Landmark Bangkok, adding to a growing roster of global hospitality brands. In Malaysia, YY Group is expanding into retail, increasing its promoter workforce to nearly 600 and targeting approximately $14 million in revenue for 2026.
In Singapore, the company is deepening its integrated facilities management footprint, including a three-year contract with a major international bank and multiple acquisitions that expand capabilities across property management, security, and pest control. These services are unified through its 24iFM platform, supporting bundled offerings and recurring revenue growth.
YY Group said these combined initiatives strengthen its contracted revenue base and pipeline visibility as it targets continued growth and margin expansion through investments in technology, operations, and client relationships.
KEY QUOTES
“We are excited to support YY Group as it scales YY Circle across multiple markets. Our focus is to help workforce platforms make faster, more accurate hiring decisions through AI-powered screening, ranking, and interviewing infrastructure. We believe this partnership can become a strong example of how AI improves recruiter productivity and platform scalability in large-scale manpower operations.”
Kevin Gao, Founder And CEO Of Arros AI
“Rapid operational progress across our key markets reinforces our confidence in the FY2026 targets we set earlier this month. YY Circle Hong Kong has moved from acquisition to 20 hotel partnerships and a projected HKD 100 million revenue run-rate in under two years, a powerful validation of the market entry playbook that we are now replicating in Thailand, Malaysia and other high-growth markets. Our capital and resources are deployed where they generate the highest returns: in our people, our platform, and our client relationships. We remain committed to converting this strong operational momentum into long-term value for our shareholders.”
