YZi Labs has invested in De¹, backing the development of a Financial World Model designed to learn directly from live financial market activity and support increasingly autonomous AI agents operating across onchain markets.
De¹ is building an intelligence layer that combines live market execution with machine learning.
Its infrastructure currently connects more than 1,000 liquidity sources across over 40 blockchains through a unified execution layer.
Trading outcomes generated through that infrastructure are continuously labeled and fed back into the Financial World Model, creating a feedback loop intended to improve both execution quality and the model’s understanding of real-world market behavior.
The company is designing the underlying model around shared financial market dynamics while allowing it to be specialized across different types of markets.
Potential applications include perpetual futures, prediction markets, tokenized assets and other programmable financial environments.
De¹ also plans to record participant-generated signals as measurable contributions to the model’s intelligence.
The investment coincides with increased development of AI-focused infrastructure across the Binance and BNB Chain ecosystems.
BNB Chain has been expanding tokenized equity capabilities through offerings such as bStocks, while Binance has introduced Agent OS to give AI applications access to market data, account functionality and trading infrastructure.
De¹ sees those developments as creating the foundation for increasingly autonomous financial agents that can access markets directly.
Its Financial World Model is intended to provide another layer in that architecture by helping agents learn from execution results and adapt to changing market behavior rather than relying exclusively on fixed instructions.
The YZi Labs investment marks De¹’s push into the BNB Chain ecosystem as it builds tools for developers, traders, institutions and AI agents.
