Zadarma Buying Megacall To Expand European Cloud Communications Footprint

By Amit Chowdhry ● Nov 10, 2025

Zadarma announced the acquisition of Megacall, a VoIP provider based in Malaga, Spain. This marks Zadarma’s second acquisition, following its purchase of the US VoIP provider VoIPVoIP last year. The addition of Megacall strengthens Zadarma’s position across Europe and brings an expanded suite of tools and services to Megacall customers.

Megacall customers will gain access to an updated website interface along with new communication and business features. The expanded service offering now includes speech analytics and AI tools for extracting insights from calls, virtual phone numbers in over 110 countries for building local market presence, and a cloud PBX system designed to simplify business phone management.

Customers will also be able to use a built-in CRM with call tracking and reporting, as well as an extended API with integrations available for platforms such as RetellAI, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Zoho, HubSpot, and Clientify. Around-the-clock customer support remains available via chat or phone.

Megacall’s approach is known for turnkey, customized setups aligned to the needs of individual clients. This model aligns with Zadarma’s more flexible, self-service system, creating opportunities to serve a broad range of customers. Zadarma ensured that Megacall customers experienced no service interruptions during the transition, while gradually gaining access to the new product features.

Zadarma was founded in 2006 and operates across Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Poland, and Spain, with six data centers across three continents. The company provides cloud communication services, including virtual phone numbers, calling services, cloud PBX, CRM tools, and integrations with widely used CRM and AI systems. Its multilingual 24/7 support is designed to help customers quickly implement services.

Megacall, founded in 2008 by Phoenix Solutions SLU in Malaga, has focused on helping businesses digitize their communication systems for over 15 years, serving organizations ranging from small businesses to enterprises and non-profits. The acquisition advances Zadarma’s international expansion strategy and strengthens its commitment to innovation and customer service.
