Zarminali Pediatrics, an outpatient pediatric provider focused on integrated primary and specialty care, has raised a $110 million in Series A funding to scale its clinic network and expand its proprietary technology platform. The round was led by Healthier Capital, with participation from existing investor General Catalyst and new investor K2 HealthVentures.

Founded in 2024, Zarminali says it has grown to 28 clinics across eight states in under two years. The company plans to open 15 new clinics in 2026, including entries into new markets such as Chicago, Milwaukee, and Dallas, while also adding established practice groups to its network.

Zarminali said the new capital will support market expansion, additional purpose-built pediatric clinic openings, and broader services beyond primary care, including urgent and specialty care. The company has raised $150 million in total funding to date, according to the announcement.

As part of the financing, Amir Dan Rubin, CEO and founding managing partner of Healthier Capital and former CEO of Amazon One Medical, will join Zarminali’s board. He joins a board that includes General Catalyst’s Holly Maloney; CareBridge Health CFO Brandon Kerns; and former Devoted Health co-CTO Margaret McKenna.

Zarminali is pitching its model as a response to worsening child health trends in the U.S., pointing to research indicating that the health of American children has deteriorated across many indicators over roughly the past 17 years.

In addition to primary care, Zarminali said it plans to expand specialty offerings to include speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioral health across its footprint, and to add urgent care in select locations. It also plans to expand access with 24/7 telehealth.
