Zeeco: Acquisition Of Oil & Gas Technologies Expands Australia Presence And Vapor Control Capabilities

Zeeco announced it has completed the acquisition of Oil & Gas Technologies Pty Ltd, expanding its capabilities and footprint in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

Founded in Melbourne, Australia, Oil & Gas Technologies specializes in vapor control systems, tank truck loading systems, terminal automation and SCADA systems, and other engineered solutions for the downstream liquid fuels storage and energy sector. Through the acquisition, Zeeco gains additional regional infrastructure that will support rental equipment storage and deployment, improving service responsiveness for customers across Australia and Asia-Pacific markets.

The acquired company will continue operating under the Oil & Gas Technologies brand while functioning under the broader Zeeco organization. The move is intended to preserve the company’s established reputation and local customer relationships in Australia while leveraging Zeeco’s global resources and technology portfolio.

Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Zeeco designs and manufactures combustion and environmental technologies for industries including refining, petrochemicals, LNG, power, pharmaceuticals, and biogas. The company employs more than 3,000 people across more than 30 global locations and provides products including ultra-low-NOx burners, flare systems, thermal oxidizers, vapor control systems, combustion electronics, and process heaters.

Oil & Gas Technologies was founded in 2013 and provides engineering, fabrication, installation, and maintenance services for vapor recovery and liquid fuels storage and distribution infrastructure projects across Australia.
