ZenaTech announced its 21st acquisition with the purchase of Andy Paris & Associates, a Lake Oswego, Oregon-based surveying company, to expand its Drone as a Service network and strengthen its footprint in the Pacific Northwest.
The acquisition enhances ZenaTech’s presence in the Portland area and supports its strategy of building a scalable, AI-driven drone services platform for business and government customers. By combining Andy Paris & Associates’ long-standing customer relationships and regional expertise, ZenaTech will speed up the rollout of drone-enabled inspection, survey, and monitoring services in Oregon and Washington.
Founded in 1952, Andy Paris & Associates provides boundary, topographic, and construction staking surveys for commercial and infrastructure projects. Adding the firm complements ZenaTech’s existing Drone as a Service operations in the region and provides a unified base for further expansion in sectors such as forestry, environmental monitoring, energy infrastructure, and logistics.
ZenaTech’s Drone as a Service model offers subscription- and usage-based access to drone-powered solutions, enabling clients to leverage advanced aerial data collection and analytics without the capital investment required for drone ownership. The platform integrates the company’s proprietary ZenaDrone systems with AI-driven automation to improve efficiency, safety, and data-driven decision-making across industries.
The company’s broader strategy focuses on acquiring established service providers with existing customer bases and upgrading their operations through drone technology, transforming traditional workflows into scalable, data-centric solutions. ZenaTech currently operates 24 international Drone as a Service locations and continues to expand its global network through acquisitions.
