ZenaTech announced that it has completed its 23rd acquisition and second land survey engineering firm acquisition in Colorado with the purchase of High Prairie Survey Company. The transaction expands the company’s Drone as a Service (DaaS) footprint in the southeastern Denver metropolitan area and growth corridor while moving ZenaTech closer to its goal of completing 25 acquisitions by mid-2026.

High Prairie Survey Company, based in Kiowa, Colorado, has operated for more than 40 years and serves real estate clients, residential developers, construction companies, and infrastructure customers throughout communities including Castle Rock, Parker, Elizabeth, and surrounding areas in Douglas and Elbert counties. The company provides boundary and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, construction staking, subdivision mapping, engineering support, and infrastructure-related surveying services.

ZenaTech said the acquisition strengthens its position in one of Colorado’s fastest-growing development regions and expands the reach of its Drone as a Service platform. The company plans to integrate drone-powered surveying, aerial intelligence, and data analytics into High Prairie’s existing operations to enhance service capabilities for developers, builders, utility operators, agricultural customers, and ranching clients.

The acquisition follows ZenaTech’s broader strategy of building a global Drone as a Service network through the acquisition of established service companies that can benefit from drone-enabled automation and digitization. The company aims to use drone-powered data collection, aerial intelligence, and AI-driven analytics to improve efficiency, accelerate project timelines, and create recurring revenue opportunities across acquired businesses.

ZenaTech’s DaaS platform offers subscription-based drone services for commercial and government customers, including surveying, inspections, maintenance, power washing, inventory management, and precision agriculture. The company believes its acquisition strategy allows it to modernize traditionally low-tech industries through drone integration while leveraging existing customer relationships and revenue streams.

The company operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia through businesses focused on AI-powered drone platforms, drone manufacturing, enterprise SaaS solutions, and emerging technologies such as quantum computing. Through its ZenaDrone subsidiary, ZenaTech is developing autonomous drone systems for industrial, government, and defense applications, including surveying, logistics, security, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions.
