Zenity has raised $125 million in a Series C financing round led by Norwest to expand its artificial intelligence agent security and governance platform. New investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures and LG Technology Ventures joined the round. Existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP and Intel Capital also participated.
Zenity plans to use the funding to accelerate product development, expand globally and address growing enterprise demand for security products designed specifically for autonomous AI agents.
The company focuses on the risks created when AI agents gain access to enterprise data, applications and tools and are permitted to make decisions or execute actions. Zenity argues that security approaches centered only on AI models or prompts are insufficient for systems that can autonomously interact with critical business infrastructure.
Its platform analyzes an agent’s intent and can allow, modify or block an action before it occurs. Zenity said this enables organizations to distinguish legitimate work from behavior that has been manipulated, compromised or moved beyond the agent’s intended purpose.
The platform supports agents built on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, Codex and Cursor, as well as custom systems developed through AWS Bedrock and AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry and Google Vertex AI.
Zenity said most of its customers are Fortune 500, Global 2000 and other large multinational organizations operating in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing and technology.
The company has tripled its revenue in each of the past two years and expects to triple revenue again during the current year.
Zenity Labs, the company’s research group, has uncovered security vulnerabilities involving AI agents and connected enterprise services. Its AgentFlayer research identified zero-click attacks capable of hijacking AI agents, manipulating workflows and extracting sensitive data without direct user interaction.
Other research demonstrated how malicious content could potentially exploit agentic browsers, Microsoft Copilot Studio and connected services such as Google Drive and SharePoint.
Zenity has more than 230 employees. Its research and development center is located in Tel Aviv, while its commercial and operating functions are led from New York.
The company will use the financing to expand Zenity Labs and deepen its presence in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
