Zennify announced that Michael Rouleau has been appointed chief executive officer, succeeding Chris Conant, who is leaving the company to become Global Head of Strategic Deployments and Customer Success at Anthropic.
Rouleau, who previously served as chief operating officer, takes over leadership after helping guide the firm’s transformation into an AI-first organization. Over the past three years, Rouleau and Conant rebuilt Zennify around AI-powered operations and customer delivery capabilities, positioning the company as a data, AI, and customer experience consultancy focused on financial services and other regulated industries.
Rouleau brings more than two decades of experience in financial services and technology. Prior to joining Zennify, he held leadership positions at Bank of America, Accenture, and Salesforce, where he led financial services customer success. As COO of Zennify, he oversaw sales, delivery, and operational initiatives supporting the company’s AI transformation.
The leadership transition comes as Salesforce and Anthropic deepen their collaboration in regulated industries. Anthropic’s Claude model has become Salesforce’s preferred AI model for regulated industries, operating within Salesforce’s trust boundary.
Zennify specializes in data, AI, and customer experience consulting for financial services, healthcare, and other regulated sectors.
