ZeroToOne.AI, an enterprise AI platform focused on predictive behavioral intelligence, announced that it has acquired GroundTruth, a company specializing in real-world data and consumer behavior signals. The transaction is aimed at scaling a new category of AI-driven decision systems capable of predicting real-world consumer actions rather than simply analyzing past behavior.

The combined company will integrate ZeroToOne’s proprietary Large Behavioral Model with GroundTruth’s extensive network of real-world signals, which processes billions of daily interactions. Together, the platform is designed to help enterprises anticipate when, where, and how consumers are likely to act, enabling more proactive decision-making across marketing, operations, and resource allocation.

GroundTruth brings a global base of more than 2,000 enterprise customers, providing immediate distribution for ZeroToOne’s predictive AI infrastructure. Early deployments across select customers have already demonstrated measurable performance gains, including a 70 percent reduction in media costs and a 45 percent increase in return on investment, alongside over 85 percent prediction accuracy.

The platform leverages privacy-safe behavioral signals across both digital and physical environments to generate billions of predictive insights. This allows enterprises to move beyond traditional analytics toward forward-looking intelligence that anticipates demand and optimizes outcomes before they occur.

As part of the transaction, GroundTruth’s leadership team will join ZeroToOne, ensuring operational continuity and strengthening the combined company’s executive bench. Additionally, marketing industry veteran John Costello, former President of Global Marketing and Innovation at Dunkin’ Brands, will join the board as Vice Chair.

The acquisition reflects a broader shift in enterprise software toward anticipatory systems that prioritize prediction over historical analysis. By combining large-scale real-world data with advanced AI modeling, the company aims to establish a new foundation for decision-making in the physical economy.

Support: Advisors to the transaction included Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as legal counsel, Capstone Partners on debt financing, Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Brookline Capital Markets as financial advisors, and Edelman Smithfield as communications advisor.
