Zocks And Wealth.com Launch AI Integration To Streamline Estate Planning Workflows

Zocks and Wealth.com have launched a new partnership and two-way integration to help financial advisors complete estate plans faster and improve the quality and personalization of the client experience.

Under the integration, Zocks will capture key details from advisor-client conversations and automatically sync client and estate-planning information directly into Wealth.com. Tasks that previously required hours of manual entry and multiple days of follow-ups to update records and process estate-planning documentation can now be completed in minutes after a meeting, using AI-driven structuring and one-click updates.

The integration also works in the opposite direction by pulling data from Wealth.com into Zocks to support meeting preparation and follow-through. Information such as quiz responses, document progress, existing documents, and recommendations flows into Zocks, enabling advisors to prepare summaries, manage follow-ups, and respond to client emails without toggling between systems. The goal is to give advisors a clear view of each client’s estate-planning status before, during, and after meetings, while keeping planning workflows moving when client engagement is highest.

The companies said the workflow is intended to reduce friction across the estate-planning lifecycle. Before meetings, Zocks can generate a one-page client summary using Wealth.com context, including document status and quiz outcomes. During conversations, Zocks captures estate-planning details, including family structures, asset titling, gifting intentions, beneficiary plans, and whether a will or trust is already in place. After the meeting, Zocks converts those inputs into structured data that can be uploaded to Wealth.com with a single click, enabling advisors and clients to progress more quickly through plan creation and document completion.

Zocks CEO Mark Gilbert said the integration changes the economics of estate planning by automating administrative work that historically consumed significant advisor time, enabling firms to deliver comprehensive estate-planning services without adding operational overhead. Wealth.com Chief Product Officer Danny Lohrfink said the partnership combines Wealth.com’s planning infrastructure with Zocks’ ability to capture the emotional and contextual nuances of client conversations, aiming to create an experience that is both personal and accurately documented.

The two-way integration is available now to Zocks and Wealth.com users.
