Zoom announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Common Room, an AI-native go-to-market intelligence platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Common Room turns fragmented buyer signals and siloed customer data into person-level buyer intelligence. The company also activates this intelligence through AI agents designed for revenue teams.
Zoom said the acquisition will unify enrichment, buying signals, and AI revenue agents with the platform where customer conversations already happen. The transaction is expected to strengthen Zoom Revenue Accelerator, the company’s revenue orchestration platform.
Common Room combines first-party data from CRM, product, marketing, and engagement systems with real-world buying signals. This gives revenue teams a continuously refreshed view of each buyer and helps identify which accounts are in-market, who the buyers are, and why outreach may be relevant.
The company’s RoomieAI agents support account and contact research, message personalization, and prospecting. These capabilities are surfaced inside the tools where revenue teams already work.
Common Room is used by go-to-market teams at companies including Atlassian, Anthropic, Autodesk, Notion, Okta, and Snowflake. Zoom said the platform consolidates enrichment, signals, and workflow tools that revenue teams have historically assembled from multiple vendors.
Zoom Revenue Accelerator captures and analyzes sales conversations to provide real-time coaching, deal intelligence, and forecasting. Common Room adds upstream buyer intelligence, giving sales teams more context before customer conversations take place.
Together, Zoom and Common Room aim to close the loop across the full revenue journey on a single platform. Zoom said the combined offering will help teams reach the right person at the right moment with the right message while reducing manual research and workflow fragmentation.
The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to customary closing conditions. After closing, Zoom plans to use Common Room’s capabilities to expand the intelligence and automation available across its AI revenue platform.
