ZoomInfo has expanded GTM.AI by integrating technology from Workbounce, the semantic knowledge platform it acquired in 2024, to bring unstructured enterprise knowledge into ZoomInfo’s GTM Context Graph.
The integration extends GTM.AI beyond ZoomInfo’s verified external market intelligence by connecting internal company information such as call transcripts, emails, presentations, product documents, account notes, Slack conversations, Google Drive files, and Notion pages.
By combining that internal knowledge with ZoomInfo’s structured company, contact, relationship, and buying-signal data, the company aims to give AI agents a more complete understanding of both the broader market and individual customer accounts.
Workbounce provides a semantic knowledge layer that can ingest, search, and reason over proprietary enterprise information. Within GTM.AI, that knowledge is governed using lineage, confidence, permission, and entitlement controls intended to preserve enterprise security while giving agents access to relevant context.
ZoomInfo said the integration can help sellers and AI agents reconstruct account histories, understand what happened during previous customer interactions, identify relevant sales materials, re-engage closed-lost opportunities, and recommend the next best action based on a combination of external market data and internal institutional knowledge.
Workbounce also supports answer and asset retrieval, reduced seller administrative work, next-best-action recommendations, and collaborative customer spaces. Its platform connects to tools including call-recording systems, email, and Google Drive and uses semantic search rather than relying only on keywords.
The expansion builds on ZoomInfo’s broader GTM.AI strategy, which provides an API and Model Context Protocol layer for AI agents and integrations across platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity.
ZoomInfo also pointed to its GTM Bench v1 testing, where the company said its MCP achieved 94% verified work-email coverage. In one Claude Opus 4.8 test, ZoomInfo CLI used 460,000 tokens compared with 11.1 million for web search, while MCP completed the tested tasks in 32 minutes versus 102 minutes for web search.
KEY QUOTES:
“There are three context graphs inside every organization; corporate search, engineering, and product. The Workbounce acquisition powers our ability to deliver the GTM Context Graph across this unstructured data that is critical to GTM teams everywhere.
ZoomInfo gives GTM.AI the verified structured data needed to understand the market. Workbounce adds the institutional knowledge inside your own walls. When those two layers come together, an agent can understand both the market and the account, with provenance, permissions, and confidence built in.”
Henry Schuck, Founder And CEO Of ZoomInfo
“Workbounce was built on a simple belief: a team’s most valuable knowledge is often its most scattered. ZoomInfo has the trusted structured data layer for go-to-market. By bringing Workbounce into GTM.AI, agents can ground their answers in both external market truth and everything the team already knows, exactly when that context is needed.”
Adam Smith, Vice President Of Product Management At ZoomInfo
