zvoove Group announced the acquisition of profitask GmbH, a specialist provider of managed payroll administration and outsourced sales services for temporary staffing companies across Germany. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
With the acquisition, zvoove is bringing managed service capabilities in house that many customers previously accessed through external partners. profitask’s Admin Center manages payroll administration within zvoove Payroll, including gross and net payroll runs, collective agreement handling, branch surcharges, equal pay calculations, invoicing, and order management. Since profitask has operated exclusively on zvoove software for years, the integration is expected to be seamless for customers.
The acquisition also expands zvoove’s service offerings into outsourced sales support. profitask’s Sales Center provides staffing companies with outbound phone outreach, appointment setting, candidate profile sales, and database management services. The move is designed to help staffing firms grow revenue while managing rising regulatory and operational pressures without increasing internal headcount.
Founded in Ulm and Schutterwald, profitask brings more than 25 years of experience in staffing administration and sales operations. The company has also trained hundreds of sales professionals through its Training Center and offers employer branding and online marketing support through its Media Center.
zvoove said the acquisition aligns with its broader AI and business process outsourcing strategy across the DACH region. The company provides software and AI solutions for the temporary staffing, cleaning services, and personal security industries. More than 9,000 customers use the platform to manage over 3 million workers and approximately EUR 24 billion in annual payroll.
