This past weekend, some of the Yahoo! Photos users were unable to upload photos, download high-resolution photos, or edit images while logged into their accounts because of a technical problem over at Yahoo!  A Yahoo! spokesperson confirmed that the technical problem is now fixed.  The problem took place on Friday morning and went until Sunday night.  Ten percent of the Yahoo! Photos users were affected by the glitch.
