TubeMogul Raises Seed Capital is a Berkeley, Calif. based company that provides a video analytics service.  TubeMogul has technology that can monitor the frequency of videos being watched on the Internet.  This would be a great tool for those who randomly become stars on YouTube like that guy that was crying about Britney Spears and of course, LonelyGirl15 producers.  The company has raised seed capital funding from NetService Ventures Group recently.

Current users of TubeMogul includes indie content producers, media companies, advertising companies, record labels, film studios, etc.  The company was founded in 2006 by a group of Univ. of Calif.
