O2 Investment Partners, LP – a private equity firm that is investing in growth-oriented and privately-held businesses in the North American lower middle market – announced the final closing of O2 Investment Partners Fund IV (Fund IV) with $445 million in capital commitments. Metric Point Capital served as the exclusive advisor for the fundraiser and Kirkland & Ellis provided legal counsel.

O2 – which was founded in 2010 – leverages its family office roots to partner with the entrepreneurial management teams of family- and founder-owned businesses that are positioned for long-term growth.
