Bimini Capital Management announced the appointment of Ashley B. Griffith as a Class I director, effective November 6, 2025. Griffith fills the board seat previously held by Frank E. ReNew Energy Global announced that it has secured $331 million in financing from the Asian Development Bank as part of a US$477 million package to develop an integrated renewable energy project in Andhra Pradesh. Ardian Semiconductor has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 90% stake in Centrotherm International AG from Solarpark Blautal GmbH. Solarpark Blautal will reinvest a portion of its proceeds and remain an essential shareholder following the transaction. Centrotherm, headquartered in Blaubeuren, Germany, develops and manufactures high-temperature thermal processing equipment, establishing a longstanding global presence in the semiconductor and photovoltaic markets. The Hartung family, which founded Centrotherm in 1948, remains involved in the ownership structure through reinvestment.
