Salesforce is launching three new features for its partner relationship management (PRM) platform, according to Destination CRM. These new features are expected to accelerate growth for businesses by facilitating stronger partnerships.

“We recognize that we have to shift the paradigm and give partners the insights that they need to drive their own business and turn channel managers into strategic advisers. We’re doing that with these three new features,” said Jason Perocho — the director of product marketing for Sales Cloud via Destination CRM.

The new features include Einstein Analytics for Partners, self-service reports, and Quip for Salesforce. Einstein Analytics for Partners helps partners identify and prioritize leads by surfacing AI-driven insights as it uses past lead and opportunity performance to provide predictive recommendations to guide individual partners to focus on the right leads and close deals faster.

The self-service reports enable partners to explore data quickly by offering customers the ability to data-mine their own business. And Einstein Analytics for Partners helps partners identify, prioritize leads through AI-driven insights, and set up reports and dashboards help partners understand what is happening within their business. Plus Quip for Salesforce enhances real-time collaboration between a company and partners by actively aligning with companies on yearly business plans and KPIs, co-selling activities, proposals, and quotes for closing deals faster.

Adi Kuruganti — the GM of Community Cloud and SVP of Products B2B Commerce — pointed out that Riverbed Technology uses Salesforce PRM to navigate relationships with its nearly 3,000 channel partners. And Kuruganti noted that these features “empower businesses to drive growth through partnerships by intelligently surfacing insights and strategically aligning on priorities.”

“Salesforce PRM has helped us build stronger connections with our partners. They now have a one-stop-shop where they can get all the information they need,” explained Meg Brennan — the Senior Director of Global Channel Operations at Riverbed Technology. “We know this is working because our traffic has increased tenfold and we are adding more users than ever before.”
