Prudent Growth Partners completed the acquisition of Scenic Square, a 28,850-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Rowlett, Texas, for $7.4 million. The property marks another addition to the Chapel Hill, North Carolina-based private equity real estate firm’s portfolio of open-air retail assets.

Artis announced a $7.3 million seed funding round led by LiveOak Ventures, with participation from mark vc and Capital Factory. The Austin-based company also secured up to $3 million in revolving credit from Banc of California, bringing its total potential capital to $10.3 million.

Diamond Brew, maker of America's first shelf-stable brewless coffee pod, announced the close of an oversubscribed seven-figure pre-seed funding round.
