Brightwood Capital Advisors, a private credit firm focused on middle-market companies, announced it has provided senior secured financing to support Critical Energy Infrastructure Services, a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital Group, Inc. The deal refinanced the company's existing debt and provided acquisition financing to support its acquisition of One Tech Engineering, expanding its capabilities and strengthening its position as a provider of critical infrastructure services to the energy industry.

Additional investors in the round include 20VC, Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Lone Pine Capital, Menlo Ventures, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and others.

The Citi Impact Fund has announced a $25 million commitment to invest in companies developing technology-enabled solutions for housing access, supply, and affordability across the United States. The commitment is part of Citi's broader Blueprint for Housing Opportunity initiative, a five-year, $60 billion effort to enhance U.S. housing affordability and help create or preserve 250,000 units.

Pagaya Technologies, a global technology company delivering AI-driven product solutions for the financial ecosystem, announced the closing of RPM 2026-4, a $750 million upsized auto asset-backed securitization. This marks Pagaya's fourth fully pre-funded auto ABS transaction of 2026 and its largest to date, bringing the total amount of pre-funded auto ABS raised this year to $2.25 billion. Silver Hill Energy Partners, a Dallas-based private energy company founded by Kyle D. Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm with more than 188 offices and $158.5 billion in total client assets following the transaction, has acquired Trippon Wealth Management Group and its affiliated tax practice, J.M. Trippon & Company PC CPAs, both based in Houston, Texas. The acquisition closed July 15, 2026. Trippon Wealth Management was advised by Williams Private Wealth Advisory and Consulting.

Whale, a Singapore-headquartered enterprise AI company, has closed a $40 million Series C3 extension, bringing its total Series C financing to $100 million. The round was led by CMB International (via an CMBI investment fund focused on AI and frontier technology) and SMBC Asia Rising Fund, the corporate venture capital arm of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Additional participants include Krungsri Finnovate (the CVC arm of Krungsri/Bank of Ayudhya, part of MUFG), Singtel Innov8, Hyundai Motor Group, and Charisma Partners. Earlier Series C participants include Bosch Ventures, MTR Lab, MDI Ventures, Gentree Fund, and Linear Capital.

Fora, a New York-based platform for independent travel advisors, has closed a $60 million Series D at a $1 billion post-money valuation. The round was led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued participation from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. New investors include PLUS Capital — alongside Amy Schumer and members of its artist and athlete collective — BlackPines Capital Partners, and Tribeca Venture Partners. The financing brings Fora's total funding to $138.5 million.

Wonder, a vertically integrated food technology platform founded by Marc Lore, has raised $650 million in a Series D round at a $9 billion pre-money valuation. HEICO Corporation announced that it closed an offering of $550 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2031 and $650 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2036. HEICO will use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to pay down outstanding borrowings under its $2.2 billion revolving credit agreement, leaving the company with substantial ability and flexibility to fund future potential acquisitions.

Baker Hughes has completed its acquisition of Chart Industries (NYSE: GTLS), a major milestone in the company's ongoing transformation from an oilfield services provider into a diversified industrial energy solutions company. Chart Industries reported $4.3 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2025 and serves customers in more than 50 countries across gas infrastructure, nuclear, data centers, carbon capture and storage, space, geothermal, and other industrial markets.

Sher Jeshiva Group, a financial advisory team managing $470 million in client assets, has joined Ameriprise Financial (NYSE: AMP) from Wells Fargo Clearing Services. The practice is based in Melville, New York and Naples, Florida, and is led by financial advisors Glen Sher and Michael Jeshiva, joined by financial advisor Philip Basile and registered client service associate Kathryn Acer-Richard. The team will operate within Ameriprise's branch channel, supported locally by Branch Manager Aaron Wolson, Complex Director Kevin Peters, and Regional Vice President Todd Hubley.

Uber Technologies has entered into a business combination agreement to acquire Delivery Hero, the Berlin-based food delivery and quick commerce platform operating in approximately 65 countries, through a voluntary cash takeover offer of €41.50 per share — implying an equity value of $14.8 billion for 100% of the company, or $13.7 billion adjusted for Uber's prior stake purchases. The transaction will be financed through existing cash and new debt, including a committed bridge facility of approximately €14 billion. Uber has committed to maintaining gross leverage below 2x and preserving its investment-grade credit rating. Closing is expected in the second half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals including merger control clearances.

LightPath Technologies (Nasdaq: LPTH), an Orlando-based provider of optics and infrared imaging systems, has received an $11 million follow-on purchase order for infrared cameras from an undisclosed leading global technology customer, for use in counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) applications. The order continues a purchasing relationship previously established through prior orders with the same customer and reflects growing demand for LightPath's infrared camera systems in public safety and defense markets.

Eden Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on technology, business services, and education, announced Kate Jhaveri as a new Operating Partner. Jhaveri has an established background in marketing and analytics, with past leadership roles at Facebook, Twitter, Twitch, the National Basketball Association, and TikTok. She currently sits on the board of directors for Teads and has served as an advisor for a number of growing companies. In this new role, Jhaveri will play a key part in supporting Eden Capital's portfolio companies' marketing execution and driving their growth.

Raintree, the leading electronic health record and practice management platform for rehabilitation and physical therapy organizations, announced it has acquired Spike Technologies, a developer of genuinely agentic AI voice technology for healthcare. The acquisition embeds AI voice directly into Raintree's platform to take on manually intensive work in revenue cycle and patient engagement, including payer calls, claim follow-ups, eligibility and prior-authorization, and patient outreach, marking a step toward fully autonomous revenue cycle management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BIOTRONIK Neuro, the neuromodulation division of Berlin-based global medical device company BIOTRONIK, has acquired a portfolio of intellectual property related to spinal cord stimulation (SCS) from Soin Neuroscience, a Dayton, Ohio-based medical device innovator founded by pain management physician Amol Soin, M.D. Financial terms were not disclosed. Soin Neuroscience will continue to operate as an independent company, with the transaction limited to the intellectual property underlying its spinal cord stimulation program.
