Fund IV attracted commitments from a diversified base of new and existing institutional investors, including Ventura County Employees' Retirement Association and Keebeck, the wealth management firm, as well as endowments, foundations, a sovereign wealth fund, registered investment advisers, family offices, investment platforms, asset managers, and OCIO providers. Additional capital was secured through two major national consultants.
