Town Lane, a New York-based real estate investment management firm, and Arcole, its senior housing operating platform, have acquired Amavida at Lakes Park, a 386-unit Class A full-continuum senior housing community in Fort Myers, Florida. The transaction was completed off-market. Life Care Services (LCS), one of the largest senior housing operators in the country, will continue as property manager following the acquisition. SFPIM, the Belgian federal investment and holding company, also participated.
