Prosperity Partners, a Chicago-headquartered tax, client accounting and transaction support services firm, has announced a majority growth investment from Lightyear Capital, a New York-based private equity firm with approximately $8.1 billion in assets under management. Unity Partners, which invested in Prosperity in April 2023, will retain a minority position in the company. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Velocity, a London-based stablecoin treasury and settlement platform founded in 2025, has raised a $38 million Series A led by Dragonfly and FirstMark, with participation from Activant Capital, Capital One Ventures, QED Investors, Coinbase Ventures, Wintermute Ventures and Ripple.

Rockefeller Group announced that veteran real estate executive Mitzi Jones has joined the company as Senior Managing Director, Southeast Region, overseeing its development business throughout the Southeast United States. Jones is based in the company's Atlanta regional headquarters and succeeds John Petricola, who plans to leave the company at the end of July.

9fin announced that Huw Richards is joining the company as Head of Customer Partnerships, based in New York, in a newly created role designed to support customers navigating their own AI transformation efforts.

Greylock announced Greylock 18, a $1.5 billion fund dedicated to partnering with founders at the earliest stages in AI. The fund will back founders building across infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, deep tech, consumer, and fintech. Greylock said the fund extends its long-running strategy of partnering with a select set of founders early and helping them scale from inception to IPO and beyond.

TYLsemi, a San Jose-based chiplet platform company, has emerged from stealth and closed an oversubscribed $43 million early-stage funding round to accelerate development of AI infrastructure silicon. The round was led by Matter Venture Partners with participation from Viola Ventures, GHOVC, Egis Technology and strategic investors across the global semiconductor and AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Zayo, the leading digital infrastructure network provider, announced a planned CEO transition, appointing former Verizon executive Sowmyanarayan Sampath as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Sampath will succeed Steve Smith, who will retire as CEO following a tenure that established Zayo as the foundational backbone of the AI economy, and will continue to serve as a member of Zayo's Board of Directors.

Cequence Security, a Santa Clara-based application, API and agentic AI protection company, has appointed Rupal Shah Hollenbeck, former President of Check Point Software, to its board of directors. Hollenbeck will advise on growth strategy, marketing and positioning as Cequence accelerates its expansion in the agentic AI era, where securing and governing AI agent workflows is becoming a critical enterprise priority.

Prolo, a London-based AI-powered procurement platform designed to help SME construction firms source materials, equipment and plant hire at competitive market rates, has closed an oversubscribed £4.2 million Seed round. The round was led by Triple Point Ventures and joined by a16z Scout Fund, Anamcara Capital, Concrete VC, Foundation Ventures, Haatch, Koro Capital, Love Ventures and Portfolio Ventures. Proceeds will fund go-to-market sales and marketing and accelerate new technology and product rollouts to support the company's growing base of SME contractor customers.

Mayer Brown has expanded its Los Angeles real estate practice with the addition of Daniel Rothberg as a partner, joining from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. The hire is part of a broader period of strategic growth for Mayer Brown's nationally recognized Real Estate practice, which the firm says has seen significant expansion over the past year.

InstaLILY AI, creator of the world's first AI Forward Deployed Engineer, announced a $60 million Series B round led by Energize Capital, with participation from Insight Partners, which increased its investment, and new strategic investors including Home Depot Ventures and United Rentals. The round brings the company's total raised to nearly $100 million, and revenue grew 5x over the past year.

Feenko, a Kyiv-based smart subscription tracking and management app, has secured $30 million in user acquisition financing from PvX Partners, a financial services firm specializing in non-dilutive revolving credit facilities for consumer applications. The capital will be used to accelerate user growth and expand Feenko's reach across key international markets as demand for subscription management tools continues to grow alongside the proliferation of recurring digital charges.

The funding will expand Guthrie AI's engineering team, deepen integrations with tools estimators already use, including Bluebeam, Outlook and Excel—and grow the platform that makes it easy for glazing contractors to hire, supervise and work with a trained bid assistant from day one.

SpinSci announced that it acquired Dialog Health, a patient communication platform used by Fortune 500 health systems, health plans, and ambulatory surgery centers.

AE Industrial Partners announced that it acquired Powder Alloy Corporation, a producer of highly engineered metallic, ceramic, and thermal spray powders used in mission-critical surface enhancement and joining applications. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Williams, the Tulsa-based natural gas infrastructure company that delivers roughly one-third of the nation's natural gas, has signed an agreement with funds managed by Blackstone Credit & Insurance, in partnership with Apollo and KKR, to provide $5.34 billion in committed capital to support the development of five announced behind-the-meter Power Innovation projects: Socrates, Apollo, Aquila, Socrates the Younger and Neo. The transaction gives Blackstone and its partners a 49% noncontrolling equity interest in the five projects while Williams retains 51% ownership and full commercial and operational control.

Corner Health, a company designed to rebuild the healthcare system by empowering Nurse Practitioners to start and scale their own local primary care practices, announced it has raised $32.5 million in Seed and Series A financing. The Series A was led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from existing investors First Round Capital and Zigg Capital. The investment follows a period of rapid growth for Corner Health, which has established a network of more than 70 provider-owned primary care practices, making it the fastest-growing primary care network in Arizona and Washington and enabling 35,000-plus patient visits over the past year.

Warren Equity Partners Manager (WEP), a leading investor in infrastructure solutions with $9.6 billion in assets under management, announced the closing of Warren Equity Partners Fund V, L.P. and Warren Equity Partners Fund V-A, L.P., with approximately $2.8 billion in total capital commitments. Fund V surpassed its initial target of $2.25 billion in less than 12 months and closed oversubscribed at its hard cap, receiving commitments from over 60 global institutions, including pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers, endowments and foundations, and family offices.

Genco Shipping & Trading, the largest US-headquartered drybulk shipowner, has issued a statement urging shareholders not to tender their shares into Diana Shipping Inc.'s extended $24.80-per-share cash tender offer, which Genco's board has unanimously rejected as inadequate. The statement highlights a significant and unresolved inconsistency in Diana's conduct: Diana has separately made an indicative, non-binding proposal to the Genco board at terms above the $24.80 tender offer price, yet has still not updated its publicly filed tender offer materials to reflect those higher terms—meaning shareholders tendering at $24.80 would be accepting less than what Diana itself has indicated it may be willing to pay.

Apple has agreed to acquire certain assets and hire employees from SigScalr, according to a notice published on the European Commission’s website.

LEHR, the nation's leading emergency vehicle upfitter and a portfolio company of Broadwing Capital, has acquired the emergency vehicle upfitting assets of ProLogic ITS, a technology and public safety solutions provider headquartered in Acworth, Georgia. The transaction is LEHR's tenth add-on acquisition in approximately two years, adding six locations across Georgia, Alabama and Florida to LEHR's network of more than 30 nationwide sites and deepening the company's presence in the Southeast while unlocking new capabilities to serve federal agency fleets. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Twin Vee PowerCats, a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of power sport boats, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement for a transformative transaction combining a merger involving the publicly traded company with the concurrent privatization of its boating business under the Twin Vee and Bahama Boat Works brands.
