The deal marks Argano's twelfth transaction since launching its strategic growth program in April 2025 and its twenty-eighth since the company's founding in 2020. The Plano, Texas-based consultancy said the acquisition advances its goal of building the largest UKG practice globally and the most comprehensive portfolio of services focused on operational transformation.

Tolemy Bio, the London-based biology software startup, has raised €1.4 million in pre-seed funding to develop Orbit, an AI-native software platform designed to help scientists understand, predict, and direct cellular behavior.
